Insurance Designers of Maryland 2006-2007 TULIP Insurance Program
Instructions for TULIP coverage request

FOR MUSIC EVENT RENTALS AT LIVE NATION VENUES:
  1. Live Nation contact will provide TULIP Request Form (Next Step Online) to applicant (Renter) for completion.
  2. Applicant will then complete the Special Event application (you will be taken directly to it after completing the TULIP form online)
  3. A proposal will be sent directly to the applicant and if accepted the applicant will remit payment directly to Insurance Designers of MD.
  4. Upon acceptance of the proposal and issuance of coverage, a Certificate of Insurance will be sent to the Live Nation contact provided on the TULIP Request Form.
